The Antica Interamnia B&B is a tourist accommodation facility located in the historic center of Teramo inside an ancient residence, the current residence of the owners. The building retains a stylistic rigor that has not been affected by the renovation works completed in 2009 which aimed at the technological renewal of the structure while preserving the original architectural lines.

The room with large windows overlooking the city is equipped with a kitchen and dining table, LCD TV and armchair; the bathroom for exclusive use is located on the same floor a couple of meters away.
